Location: The Flame Tree Cottages is situated at the northern tip of Zanzibar island, on the beautiful turquoise coastline of Nungwi.

Overview: The Flame Tree Cottages are ideally situated for swimming, snorkeling and diving activities. Mnemba Atoll, just a short boat trip away, is one of the best diving spots in the world. The hotel is within a private garden, which fronts the famous North Coast Beach.

All rooms have en-suite facilities, air conditioners, fridge & ceiling fans. Each double room has a large verandah some with their own sitting room & each has a small kitchen for those who wish to self cater.

Dining At Flame Tree Cottages

Self catering is possible as most cottages have a well-fitted kitchenette (this is optional and subject to a surcharge of US$10 per day). Snacks can either be served on your own veranda, or in the sunbathing area and are available daily. Evening meals are prepared to order by the resident chef and can be served on a table up near the sea with candles and lanterns for a romantic touch.
